I think he’s wrong about one thing, though: Tumblr doesn’t favor short form. It allows short form. There’s a difference. If I want to write long, there’s nothing discouraging me from writing paragraphs on end. It still looks nice and it still works. Tumblr, rather enables short form. It’s not possible to write short-and-well using most conventional blogging platforms. That’s its big breakthrough.
Okay like I’m going to spend my money to get more features if it comes down to it, yeah when pigs fly.
